3. General Terms

3.1 Confidentiality: We respect your privacy and confidentiality of information. All personal and business information provided by the client will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties without prior consent.

3.2 Payments: Payment terms will be outlined in individual service agreements. Payment methods accepted include bank transfers, Mobile banking or cash payment. Any additional fees for late payments will be specified in the service agreement.

3.3 Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. Any services completed up to the point of termination will be billed accordingly.

3.4 Liability: Wizbee IT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

3.5 Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

3.6 References: wizbee IT holds the rights to show any service provided in the website as reference unless it causes any confidentiality issue.

4. Specific Service Terms

4.1 Graphics Design

4.1.1 Client Responsibilities: The client should provide all required information before the design process begins. This includes, but is not limited to, text content, images, and design preferences.

4.1.2 Delivery and Errors: Once a design is confirmed and delivered, Wizbee IT is not responsible for any errors. Changes to spelling or color are free at any time. However, modifications that require changing the main design will incur additional fees.

4.1.3 Design Approval: The client must approve the design within a specified time frame. Delays in approval may affect the delivery schedule.

4.1.4 Property Rights: All intellectual property rights for the final design will be transferred to the client upon full payment, except for any stock images or fonts that may have their own licensing agreements.

4.2 Website Development and Maintenance

4.2.1 Maintenance Period: Free website maintenance and support are provided for the first 3 (three) months, starting from the completion date outlined in the agreement, regardless of whether the project is fully completed or not. After this period additional fee will be applied based on our support plan or the agreement. If Wizbee IT requires more time than agreed upon to complete the project, the support period will start upon full project completion.

4.2.2 Client Feedback: The project requires timely feedback from the client. Wizbee IT is not responsible for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary feedback and information.

4.2.3 Free Maintenance Inclusions: Free maintenance includes updating plugins and themes, performing backups, basic security, changing passwords, adding images to an existing gallery, uploading blog posts (client must provide all necessary information), adding or removing users, change/update any existing content, and removing content.

4.2.4 Domain & Hosting:
Wizbee IT can provide domain and hosting services upon request. Hosting fees will be charged separately and are not included in the maintenance period. All domain and hosting will be provided by third party and the terms and conditions for it are held by the respective provider.

4.2.5 Website Security:
Wizbee IT will implement basic security measures. However, we are not liable for any security breaches beyond our control. Any security 

4.2.6 Liability: Upon the conclusion of the support and maintenance period, Wizbee IT shall not be held responsible for any alterations or damages to the website. Additionally, if the website owner grants access to third parties, Wizbee IT disclaims any liability for subsequent changes or damages. Should the owner renew or enter into new agreements for maintenance or support, any repair, restoration, or tasks not explicitly covered in the standard support services will incur additional charges. Such tasks will not be included within the scope of the support service.

4.2.6: Theme & Plugin Usage: The website will be build using free themes and plugins as long as possible. If any paid themes or plugins are needed, their use will incur additional costs, unless previously agreed upon. These costs will be determined by the respective prices of the premium themes and plugins.

4.2.7 Additional Services: Adding and setting up new plugins, uploading products, creating new page and any other services not mentioned will incur additional fees.

4.3 Online Marketing

4.3.1 Advertising Fees: Advertising fees for third-party services are paid in US dollars. If the client pays in a different currency, the exchange rate applied will be based on the payment date to the third party.

4.3.2 Design Costs: If not included in the offer, designing any marketing materials will be charged separately.

4.3.3 Additional Fees: Additional fees calculated by a percentage of the total amount paid to third parties, including tax, will be applied.

4.3.5 Campaign Management: Wizbee IT will manage the online marketing campaigns based on the client’s goals and budget. Any changes to the campaign strategy must be communicated in advance.

4.4 Product Photography

4.4.1 Transportation Fees: The client is responsible for all shipping and return transportation fees.

4.4.2 Liability for Damage: Wizbee IT is not responsible for any loss or damage to products during transportation.

4.4.3 Image Rights: The client will have full rights to the photographs taken, but Wizbee IT reserves the right to use these images for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

4.4.4 Image Editing: Basic image editing is included in the service. Advanced editing or retouching will incur additional fees.

4.5 Printing Services

4.5.1 Proofreading: The client must proofread and confirm the design before printing. Wizbee IT is not responsible for any errors after printing.

4.5.2 Color Variations: wizbee IT will ensure high-quality printing services but cannot guarantee 100% color accuracy due to the differences between digital screens and print media. Clients should understand and accept that colors may appear different on screen compared to print media.

4.5.3 Payment Terms: Clients must pay at least 75% of the total cost before printing begins. Wizbee IT is not responsible for delays caused by the client’s failure to pay the advance amount.

4.5.4 Pricing: If pricing is divided into first units and additional units, printing at different times will be considered a new print job and will not be charged based on additional units.

5. Limitation of Liability

Wizbee IT will not be liable to you in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this website:

    • For any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits, or anticipated savings.

These limitations of liability apply even if Wizbee IT has been expressly advised of the potential loss.
