How to Install Elementor Pro
Step 1: Log into Your WordPress Dashboard
Open your web browser and go to your WordPress website.
- Log in with your admin credentials.
Step 2: Install the Free Elementor Plugin
Elementor Pro requires the free version of Elementor to work.
- In the WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New.
- In the search bar, type Elementor.
- Click Install Now on the Elementor Website Builder plugin.
- After installation, click Activate.
Step 3: Upload and Install Elementor Pro
Since you’ve already purchased, you should have a .zip file downloaded.
If you purchased through ebay, please create an account and send the username to us using the ebay message.
- In your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New.
- Click the Upload Plugin button at the top.
- Click Choose File and select the Elementor Pro .zip file.
- Click Install Now.
- Once installed, click Activate Plugin.
You do not have to enter any license key.
Step 4: Verify Installation
Go to Plugins > Installed Plugins.
- Ensure both Elementor (free) and Elementor Pro are active.
How to update the plugin
Step 1: Download the Latest Version of Elementor Pro
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to My Account > Downloads.
- Download the latest Elementor Pro .zip file.
Step 2: Upload the New Version in WordPress
- Go to your WordPress dashboard.
- Navigate to Plugins > Add New.
- Click Upload Plugin at the top.
- Click Choose File and select the downloaded Elementor Pro .zip file.
- Click Install Now.
Step 3: Replace the Old Version
- Once WordPress detects that Elementor Pro is already installed, you will see a “This plugin is already installed” message.
- Click the “Replace current with uploaded” button.
- Wait for the update process to complete.
Step 4: Verify the Update
- Go to Plugins > Installed Plugins.
- Find Elementor Pro and check if the version number has been updated.
- Clear your website cache if needed.
No license key is need. Just active the plugin and start using.
